Couple arrested on elder abuse/identity theft charges

Fresno County Sheriff's authorities arrested a husband and wife Tuesday, Jan. 24, on suspicion of elder abuse and identity theft involving the wife's great-grandparents in Selma. Arrested were Kimberly Rose Rodriguez, 19, and Ray Michael Rodriguez, 21.
